If you didn't make it to Bluegrass on the Grass in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, well, your loss.

This Festival was probably my favorite of the three times we've played there. Everyone is great and no one's a stranger...

I met a lot of great players this year and had a fantastic time. Plan on being there for this next year! Really. It's free. What's the hold up?

Here's something we do over in the yoyoing community that might be fun here. It's just a way of sharing the fun of the event. Yes, being there for the event would make some of these comments mean more.

So, here are the Shout outs...

Mac Benford - I don't know where to start! I had a blast and your playing was wonderful! I could have been just as content to sit and jam all evening... oh wait, we did that didn't we? Now... where'd I put that duct tape?

John Hoffmann - Great fiddling! It was a real pleasure! I look forward to a jam again in the future. We just have to make that happen!

Randi Beckman - Happy Anniversary! Thanks for the conversation and sharing your sign!

Jim Reidy - I guess I'm gonna hanve to make my own Cheese Grater Uke. Your playing was great, but your singing at the jam blew me away. I love your phrasing. Next time, let's find the van before we lug heavy equipment!

Kenny Smith - What a treat it was to get to play you, Jason, Amanda and Alan at the Jam on Saturday night. You folks make it so much fun! Thanks to all of you for tolerating me at the jam.

Emory Lester - I'll see if I can't come up with a Sheath for the banjo. :) Too funny. I really enjoyed your playing!

Rolly Brown - It was good to see you again! Hope your trip back was safe. Strangers in the Night in 5/4, eh?

Doc Cullis - We've gotta get you a geek light.

Cobra Sound - You guys did a great job. We appreciate the hard work you do.

Most of all...

Davis Tracy and Marty Williams - Thanks for doing this. We wouldn't have near as much fun otherwise. You make us feel so welcome and you treat us all like royalty. Thanks for supper Friday, and everything on Saturday.
