Hurricane Candy: Helene Edition.

We've made this candy for several hurricanes. We tend to put it up before we make it on the thought that if the hurricane hits the wrong way, we will need the business. Yes this will ship out, but the "when" is in question.  Once it drys out, and when we have power we will send you this candy that is the flavor I'd like a hurricane to have. The flavor of cotton candy.
