Sometimes a candy needs to be made. Since we made our Crystal Rose candy, people have asked us to make violet. It's been hard. I've been working on this flavor for some time, and it's tricky. Too weak and you get no taste, too strong and it no longer tastes like candy. A candy like this is a tight rope act where you balance hoping you won't fall. I tasted everything violet I could. When I went to France this past fall I searched for violet candies to figure out what you can do with violet. I think I've done it. A video will go up soon, but you folks get the first crack at this candy.
