Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and then follow up with you on next steps. We will replace any damaged product with the same, similar or equal value item. We will give an replacement to orders that have been lost during the shipping process. We must be notified immediately of a lost package to start the claim process. Notification of a lost package after 30 days of the shipped order will not be processed. Orders that were given the incorrect shipping address will also not be processed for a replacement.

Keep in mind our products are perishable and should be consumed within a month of purchase.
