Ghost Berry Boba

Our Ghost Candy is one of the few places where we let our candy makers roam free and experiment with new ideas. The only rules are no artificial food coloring and natural flavors only. We also swap out traditional corn syrup for tapioca syrup, keeping things a little different from the usual candy-making process. These simple guidelines have created a constantly evolving product, giving our makers the freedom to experiment with unexpected flavor combinations while keeping the ingredients in mind.

Our newest Ghost Candy is Berry Boba (Jasmine Strawberry). This batch pairs the delicate, floral notes of jasmine with the juicy sweetness of ripe strawberries. Sweeter and less tart than our previous sour apple, it delivers a fragrant flavor with a bright fruity finish.
