The flavor of this candy was influenced by the lemonade we make in our store. Our lemonade is made with three ingredients: seltzer, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. To make this candy we added baking soda for extra fizz. People looking to experiment with what a modern soda fountain has to offer will use flavored syrup to mix up original flavor concoctions. The combination of sour bubbly and refreshing flavors is an in-house favorite, which is why we made Lofty Fizz candy.
