Blackberry Image Candy

You can almost taste the juice of ripe blackberries running down your throat when you taste this candy. Blackberries have a strong front of mouth flavor and a subtle back of mouth flavor. We use pure blackberry oil and extract to  capture both ends of this taste. Most candies seem to do just one.
